Tierra de Dios is a rural subdivision located about 14 miles south of Rowe, NM off all weather State Hwy 34. Lot 8 is mostly level with elevation rising on its west edge. Plenty of room for a home, garage, barn, corral, etc. The shared well is located across the cul de sac. Power & phone are located at the lot line & fiber optics (high speed internet) should be available very soon. Transformer is located at the cul de sac as well. An airstrip is located across the cul de sac for lot owners. Horses allowed too.
